Development Facility
Our development facility focuses on establishing processes that are safe and scalable, from pilot to commercial scale
- Five synthetic laboratories with over 2,500m2 footprint and >50 fume hoods
- Operational temperature ranges from -78 °C to 250 °C, 100 mL to 10 L
- Dedicated high-pressure suite, up to 25 L scale
- Process safety laboratory – ARC, RC, powder testing & liquid conductivity
- Kilo-lab
- Analytical development laboratories

Manufacturing Facility
Our Dewas facility contains three world class cGMP multipurpose plants, and a standalone hydrogenation block, and is fully self-contained for utilities, warehousing, and waste management.
- Pilot scale (100 L) to commercial scale (10 kL) reactors in a range of materials of construction
- Cryogenic (-80 °C) to high temperature (180 °C) operating capacity
- Total multipurpose manufacturing capacity of approx. 210 kL
- Dedicated hydrogenation capacity of 11.5 kL
- 15 kL of dedicated fluorination reactors in 8 x parallel trains, individual vessels up to 2 kL
- Expansion programme for an additional 200 kL capacity to be operational in 2026
- cGMP warehousing for both raw materials and finished materials



Quality
We are ISO 9001 certified, and our manufacturing unit operates under an ICH Q7 compliant quality system. We produce cGMP intermediates, and the overarching quality environment provides security in case of regulatory push-back on starting materials. Our state-of-the-art quality control department has all access to all the techniques required for the analysis of small molecule building blocks.
